I stood on the bridge to the ordination hall. This temple, Wat Rong Koon, has not yet been completed but it would be the wonderful temple with delicate artswork when finished. Posted by Picasa

I had a chance to go around north of my beloved country, Thailand, last July. It was my fam trip of the company or an inspection trip in other meaning. Visiting many interesting sites, my colleagues and I started the trip from Bangkok and travelled up to the border city in Mae Sai, Chiang Rai. It took around one week for this trip.

We departed from Bangkok in the early morning and headed to Ayutthaya, the ancient city, where some areas have been preserved as the World Heritage. I had visited Ayutthaya many times because of my studies.

Stepping into the ruines, I always think of the prosperity in the past of the ancient city. It should be a splendid city which had a plenty of golden Chedis. I was dreaming to take a time machine to take back to the past. It would be a fantastic thing!...
